Official Description
The Magpie Renaissance Faire is a traditional Renaissance Faire held at the historic Missouri River Headwaters State Park in southwest Montana. We showcase small local businesses as our merchants, artisans, craft-folk and performers. Our faire encourages patrons to arrive in costume (or buy items from our merchants and leave in one), drink locally crafted mead, feast on amazing local food, try their skills at archery, axe throwing, fighting and strongman, take photos with our hand made backdrops and props, and enjoy the fire-slinging, aerial acrobatics and other live performances. Our minstrels play the sweetest music and there are plenty of activities, games, and other irresistible attractions for the children. Come be Merry wile you help the Magpie Foundation raise money to help local veterans. All ticket sales goes to our vets. Huzzah!
